Our Drug & Alcohol Screening Services:

Our urgent care provides drug and alcohol testing for a variety of needs. Our staff are DOT certified Breath Alcohol Technicians (BATS) and DOT certified urine drug screen collectors. We use Department of Transportation Certified Technicians and Collectors to ensure the collection facility is complaint with DOT requirements.

What We Provide:
BATS – Breath Alcohol Testing
Blood Screening: 3, 5 & 7 panel testing
Reasonable Suspicion and for Cause
Random Testing

1st, 2nd, and 3rd Class F.A.A. Physical Examinations are available at our Queens location. John Goutos, M.D. and Oleg Olshanetskiy, D.O. are all Senior Aviation Medical Examiners for the Federal Aviation Administration and have many years of experience in dealing with all matters pertaining to F.A.A. Examinations. Our Senior Aviation Medical Examiners are available on a walk-in basis and we can also schedule convenient appointment times. However, it is always advisable to call our offices in advance to be sure the A.M.E. is able to accommodate your needs for your FAA physical examination and we can attempt to minimize any delays you may experience.
