Metro Urgent Medical Care offers affordable physicals for children and adults. There is no appointment needed. Our goal is to make sure you are healthy enough to tackle any challenge that comes your way.

Sports Physicals
For active families and individuals Metro Urgent Medical Care is the place to go for convenient and affordable sports physicals with no appointment needed.

Camp Physicals
Prepare your children for a safe and health experience with a thorough camp physical. Whether an exam is required or recommended by your children’s home away from home, Metro Urgent Medical Care provides convenient and affordable camp physicals

School Physicals
Most school districts now require physical exams prior to enrollment in sports and other extracurricular activities. We offer efficient and affordable exams for children.

Employment Physicals

From pre-employment physical exams to general employee health exams, Metro Urgent Medical Care is the perfect place to go for quick employee physicals. We have on-site testing and general medical treatment. We are also here for any healthcare issues that arrises while you are on the job.

CDL & DOT Physicals

CDL and DOT Physical Examinations are available on a walk-in basis at any time during office hours at our Queens location. Drive right in service since no appointment is required.

Here’s what to expect:

Get your physical

Health history review
A thorough physical exam
A urine test

We’ll complete the Medical Examination Report for Commercial Driver Fitness Determination form and its supporting documentation, including DOT physical forms.

You must pass all DOT physical requirements in order to be cleared for your CDL medical card. Find out more about important DOT physical regulations to be aware of.

Keep the following in mind before your DOT physical visit:
To speed up your visit please fill out the driver’s portion of the Medical Examination Report prior to your visit.
Insurance does not cover this exam – some employers may pay for this exam
Here is a list of items to bring that may be helpful:
Glasses if vision requires a prescription
Last MER Card
List of medications with dosages
Yearly clearance letter from Cardiologist or for other chronic conditions may be required before clearance
